Shipping policy
All shipping dates are approximate and are subject to the availability of goods and receipt of all necessary information.
- Delivery Time : Between 10AM - 5PM (unable to fix timing)
We do delivery on our operation hours including Saturday and Sunday and most Public Holidays or unless otherwise pre-announced in our social media and website.
- For same-day delivery we must receive your order by 3pm MYT.
- We provide LALAMOVE service. We try to do our best. But avoid unnecessary trouble we do not deliver to the unit inside high rise buildings (eg. Apartments, condominiums, malls, hotels, hospitals, schools, offices etc) Please ensure that the receiver is available to collect the item from the driver at the drop of point, lobby or ground floor.
– In the event if the delivery details provided is incorrect (example: wrong address, contact or name) we cannot accept responsibility for the failed delivery. And ensure that the receiver’s contact number is correct and available during the period of delivery
- All shipments are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft, and damage will not be responsible, however, for any damage, loss, or expenses arising from delays in shipment or other non-performance of this Sale Agreement by or imposed by :
We cannot be held responsible if a delivery is late due to any unforeseen circumstances such as Heavy Traffic, Unpredictable Rainy Weather/Flood, or Nots, Natural Disaster, Fires, Strikes anything else beyond of our control. We will endeavor to comply with the request but cannot be bound in any way to honor such a request.
- No Rerouting or address corrections will be made while the shipment is in transit. Any reroute request will result in the shipment being sent back to Berriful Garden Sdn Bhd. The customer is responsible for all charges under our return policy.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 10%, whichever greater, restocking fee, in addition to the applicable shipping expenses, insurance fees, and any losses incurred by us.
- For the Customer's protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of the Customer.
- If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Berriful Garden Sdn Bhd to file a claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for carrier inspection. If you do not notify us of all damaged goods within the first 1 days of arrival, our normal return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
Note: Some items might be posted as "In Stock" on our website that is not available for shipping, as we process limited quantity orders on first come first serve bases and it may take time to update the stock status on our website.
