At Berriful Garden, we are committed to providing the freshest and most beautiful floral arrangements. Nevertheless, there may be instances where the flowers sustain damage during transit.
Please take a moment to read our refund policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
It is important to note that any natural markings on the flowers should not be mistaken for signs of lack of freshness.
- Flowers are highly perishable item, we regret to inform you that we do not accept accept refunds or returns on any orders.
- Any cancellation or change of date needs to be informed at least 2 days in advance with our customer service via WhatsApp.
- Any cancellation, return or refund orders that have been fully paid cannot be refunded in cash terms or bank transfer. However, a voucher or point (valid for up to one year) will be issued to the customer.
- Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 4 hours of delivery. Any reports made after this time frame, as it becomes unreasonable to assess the product’s condition hours later.
If contacting us after hours, please leave a message with your contact details, and we will promptly address your concerns on the next business day. Proof in the form of photos may be required.
- As the sender, it is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be available at the delivery location on the specified date. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, as we have fulfilled our obligation to deliver on the requested date.
- Flowers and plants may vary slightly in color or availability due to seasonal factors or stock availability. We reserve the right to fulfill orders with similar species without prior consultation, while ensuring the arrangement closely matches the advertised picture.
- When ordering flowers for someone else, please make sure your selections match their preferences. Style preference in itself is not a valid reason for a return. We only accept returns based on "quality". Personal preference issues (such as not liking the bouquet) do not constitute a reason for a return.
